About

Woodworker - Designer -musician

Narrowland Woodworks and Design was established in the fall of 2016 by woodworker and Cape Cod native, Greg Loftus. Named after “The Narrow Land; Folk Chronicles of Old Cape Cod” by Elizabeth Reynard.

From a black walnut dining room table to a simple maple cutting board, I strive to give each project the time and respect it deserves. My objective is to produce handmade, solid wood pieces that maintain their integrity while simultaneously keeping landfills free of mass produced, poorly built furniture. After a decade and a half of building things and making music, I have come to discover that we are all students, and there is always more to learn.

If you need me, I'll be in the shop with my hound dog Chuck, making large boards into smaller boards and listening to Hank Williams.

Chop Wood. Carry Water.
